Updated 22 October 2026. Stagemakelaar is an independent project operated by Beste Mensen B.V. This notice covers the interest forms, free checklist and optional measurement.
Interest registrations
We store the name, email and form details you submit, your optional update preference, submission time and the version of your permission. We use these details to handle your request and assess future services. Permission for optional updates is separate and unchecked by default. No partner receives your details without separate permission.
Data is stored in the site’s hosted database and accessed through the owner’s protected management view. We keep registrations for up to 12 months; expired records are removed when the service next processes a request. A separately agreed relationship may require a different retention period. Do not include identity documents, health information or other sensitive information.
Email requests
Email delivery is not yet enabled. A checklist email request is recorded as pending; the checklist is immediately available as a free download without submitting any details.
Access, withdrawal and deletion
Keep the reference shown after submission. Use the request management page with your email and reference to withdraw updates or delete your registration. You can also raise a privacy request through the official contact details of Beste Mensen B.V. at beste-mensen.nl.
Optional measurement
Only if you choose “Allow measurement”, we count page views, selected destinations, completed planner actions, downloads and relevant link clicks. We also count broad active-time milestones. We store daily totals by page and action, without names, email addresses, IP addresses, cross-site identifiers or precise locations. These totals do not identify unique visitors and reflect consenting activity only. Measurement is off by default. Change your choice using the footer link.
Browser storage and hosting
The interactive checklist remains in this browser under stagemakelaar-checklist-v1. Your measurement preference is stored locally so we remember your choice. Budget inputs stay in the browser and are not sent to us. The hosting provider processes technical information to deliver and protect the website. Google Fonts and external websites receive requests when used and have their own policies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw permission. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
